Scots Gaelic for: ‘grumpy/cranky’.
Unearthed in 2017 using small batch glazes and wonderfully textured. crank clay. I threw this bowl by wheel in a studio in London and in the process took away half the skin on my hand from the course granules in the clay. The perfect material to play with when feeling a little ‘crabbit’, those feelings were soon transformed - ta!
Approximate measurements: 1.34lb // H:7.5cm // W:14cm
