Rediscover your creative potential through one on one clay therapy, slowing down the body and mind.
renourish
Tailored support over a six or ten week container of time. We will connect for 2 hours every 2 weeks in person and/or online. You can also reach out as much as you need inbetween sessions. Depending on your story, we will likely blend ayurvedic medicine, breath, clay therapy, yogic postures and meditation. (Longer collaborations may also be recommended).
